Law 1: Tune Your Receiver to Gratitude.

Most people operate from a frequency of lack. Their entire focus is on what’s missing—the money they don’t have, the love they want, the health they’ve lost. This sends a powerful signal to the universe that you are in a state of "wanting," and the universe, being an obedient mirror, just gives you more of that feeling of wanting.

Gratitude is the master key that changes the station. It's the ultimate "Gratitude hack to remove a mindset of lack." It immediately shifts your energetic vibration from scarcity to abundance. When you genuinely feel gratitude for what you already have, you begin to vibrate at the frequency of receiving more.

The practice is simple but profound. Each morning, before your feet hit the floor, state in your mind: “I am grateful for my comfortable bed. I am grateful for the air in my lungs. I am grateful for this new day.” It doesn’t matter how bad you think things are; you have good things in your life. Focusing on them will completely change your energetic signature and remind your subconscious mind that you are worthy and allowed to have the things you desire.

Once you've set your baseline frequency to abundance through gratitude, you have to protect it. And the first line of defense is your own mouth. Which brings us to Law 2...

Law 2: Listen to How You Speak and Think.

Your words are the architects of your reality. Every thought you think and every sentence you speak frames your world with either a positive or negative outcome. It’s the classic question: is the glass half full or half empty? Seeing it as half full isn’t just blind optimism; it’s a declaration that more is on the way. Seeing it as half empty implies an inevitable loss. Your perception literally dictates the future of that glass.

This is most powerful when applied to our own identity. Notice the immense difference between stating, “I am angry,” and “I am feeling angry.” One is a prison sentence. The other is a weather report. You are not the storm; you are the sky. Acknowledge the cloud of anger as it passes, but don't identify with it. The first statement is a definition; you have become the anger. The second frames anger as a temporary experience—a transient state you are moving through, not the climate you live in.

The words you think and speak transform into feelings and emotions, which emit an energetic vibration into the quantum field. This is the physics behind old sayings like, "What you put out is what you get back." While one negative thought won't derail you, the consistent, emotionally-charged repetition of a belief is the first mechanical step toward manifesting it into your life.

Law 3: Trust Your Gut.

You have a guidance system built into you. Call it intuition, your higher self, or your soul. It is a reliable internal data stream that is constantly broadcasting information about what is right for you. For the former skeptic in me, this was the hardest one to accept. But I learned that intuition isn't magical thinking; it's your system processing millions of data points your conscious mind can't handle. It's a biological and energetic compass.

The problem? We are experts at drowning it out. We let the noise of our egoic mind—with all its logic, its fear, and the recycled opinions of others—shout over that quiet, clear signal. That is why part of the Say It Three Ways program is designed to help you navigate the ego and get advice from the ultimate source of information, the collective consciousness. Your intuition, that "gut feeling," is a direct link to this field of intelligence.

When a situation feels "off," it is off. When a decision feels expansive and light—even if it makes no logical sense at that moment—it is the right path. Stop second-guessing that internal compass. Learning to listen to it is one of the most vital skills you can develop on this journey.

Part 2: Engineering Your External Reality

Okay, so you've done the internal work. You're tuning your frequency. Now, the big question: How do we make this stuff actually happen in the real world? That's what this next set of laws is all about. This is where we get our hands dirty.

Law 4: Audit Your Inner Circle.

Take a hard look at the people you spend the most time with. Energy is contagious. Through a scientific process called entrainment, vibrations synchronize. If you are surrounded by people who are constantly complaining, drowning in doubt, or living in fear, their low frequency will inevitably pull you down. It’s not a judgment; it’s physics.

And I know this is the hardest law for many of you. It was for me. We're talking about friends, sometimes even family. But you cannot expect to build an empire if you’re living in an environment designed to keep you small. This is why the saying goes, "Environment trumps will over time, every time." No matter how strong your willpower is, if you go home every day to people who tell you, “It’s never going to work,” you will eventually be worn down.

This may be the hardest part of growth, but it's non-negotiable. You must seek out mentors who are playing a bigger game. Find peers who hold you accountable, not friends who enable your excuses. When success is the norm in your circle, it becomes your inevitable future.
