Q: How do you define spirituality? What is its meaning or definition, and what does it personally signify to you?
A: “Spirituality, to me, is the recognition and exploration of the interconnectedness of all things—mind, body, soul, and the universe itself. It’s not about religion or dogma, it’s about understanding that we are energetic beings living in a vibrational universe, and that our thoughts, emotions, and actions ripple out into that universe, shaping our reality.
It’s also deeply personal. Spirituality is the journey of discovering your true self—beyond the labels, the roles, and the noise of the external world. It’s about aligning with your higher purpose, tapping into the energy that connects us all, and living authentically in a way that honors that connection.
For me, spirituality is grounded in both science and experience. The principles of quantum physics, for example, show us how energy and intention influence the world around us. Combine that with practices like meditation, mindfulness, and energy work, and you’ve got a powerful framework for not just understanding spirituality, but living it.”
