Living a Life in Between Lives- The Transformational Path
There’s a sacred stretch of road between who you were and who you’re becoming. It’s not a tidy highway; it’s a raw, shimmering in-between—where the old self loosens its grip and the new self learns to breathe. That space can feel like dying, because in many ways, it is: outdated identities, beliefs, and survival patterns fall away so something truer can rise.
If you’ve felt the fear, the wobble, the “who am I without my old story?”—you’re in the right place. Transformation is not a straight line; it’s an intelligent unraveling followed by a deliberate re-weaving.
Why the in-between feels scary
Your ego thinks it’s you. The egoic narrator was programmed by past experiences (many not of your choosing). When you stop letting it drive, it panics and floods you with doubt. Recognizing it as a voice, not the truth, is step one.
You’re meeting mortality, metaphorically and literally. Deep change asks us to release an old life. Paradoxically, facing the fact that “this chapter ends” frees you to live this one fully. Acceptance brings presence, peace, and a fiercer love for now.
You’re detoxing from the chase. Lasting fulfillment isn’t found at the extremes; it’s found in contentment—the steady middle where 98% of suffering can dissolve. Stop chasing “constant happiness”; start removing the pain that blocks natural ease.
A simple cure for fear and self-doubt: The In-Between Protocol
This is a practical, repeatable process I teach and live. Use it daily while you’re shedding an old self and sculpting the new.
1) Name the narrator
Write down the top three doubts you’re hearing. Label them “Egoic Mind—Past Program,” not truth. Just seeing the mechanism separates you (awareness) from the voice.
2) Surrender the outcome, keep the action
Surrender doesn’t mean quitting; it means releasing the fight with “what is” so you can respond with clarity. When life zigs, return to gratitude, re-center, and take the next intelligent step. It’s a win-win—peace first, progress next.
3) Practice Say It Three Ways (morning & evening meditation for manifestation)
Twice daily, meditate and speak your transformation with emotion and precision:
Conceive a vision you can genuinely imagine.
Believe a version you authentically accept.
Achieve by declaring it in present identity.
Then “Say It Three Ways”: I want… I will… I am…—and visualize with all five senses. This aligns your inner state with the reality you’re creating. Consistency beats intensity.
4) Reprogram the subconscious
Think of your mind as a computer: the subconscious is the hard drive; it doesn’t delete—it overwrites. Feed it upgraded instructions repeatedly until the new program runs by default. Early conditioning set the first code; awareness installs the update.
5) Choose contentment as your baseline
Aim for the calm middle, not manic highs. From contentment, courage is sustainable and change sticks.
6) Remember why this matters
Every upgrade you embody ripples out into our shared field of consciousness. You’re not just changing your life—you’re changing life.
When the old self is “dying”
On the days it feels like too much, remember: the in-between is proof that the work is working. Breathe. Say it three ways. Surrender and step. And if you need support reprogramming limiting beliefs, cultivating mindfulness, and stabilizing your new identity, that’s exactly what my coaching and courses are built for—practical tools, gratitude practices, manifestation exercises, and thought-mastery without dogma. You’ve got this. Thank you for doing the brave thing and transforming in real time. If you’d like to go deeper or explore private coaching and classes, please visit RayCatania.com.
